Text
The public utilities commission shall enforce section4963.40of the Revised Code, and for that purpose shall have power to cause the removal of such telegraph, telephone, electric light, power, or other electric wires of any kind crossing or paralleling such other line and not in accordance with the rules, regulations, and specifications issued by it.
