Text
Appeals may be taken from the decision of the court of common pleas to the court of appeals in proceedings under section4957.31of the Revised Code, as in civil actions. The decision of that court shall be final and conclusive. In both the court of common pleas and court of appeals, proceedings brought under this section and section4957.31of the Revised Code shall be advanced over other civil causes.
