Text
All claims for damages by reason of a crossing improvement, filed as provided in section4957.02of the Revised Code, shall be assessed and determined as in other cases of public improvements within cities, wherein like claims are made, either before the beginning or after the completion of the proposed crossing improvement, as the legislative authority of the municipal corporation or board of county commissioners decides, when it is determined to proceed with such improvement.
