Text
If a railroad company fails to comply with any provision of an agreement entered of record in a court of common pleas as provided in section4957.03of the Revised Code, on application of a city director of law or prosecuting attorney, stating the nature of its failure, the court shall make orders and decrees to enforce the terms of the agreement and the requirements of law relating to it, and to secure compliance with it by the railroad company, as it deems just and proper. If necessary, the court may enjoin the company from the use of its tracks and the operation of its railroad on and over the crossing in question until it complies with the order or decree as is made.
