Text
The land or property required to make alteration in the street, road, alley, or other way, or any right, title, or interest in a public street, alley, or other way, required for the erection of piers or supports in any municipal corporation, necessitated by a proposed improvement, shall be purchased or appropriated by the municipal corporation or railroad company in the manner provided for in sections163.01to163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
