Text

Sections4955.01to4955.06, inclusive,4961.16, and4961.17of the Revised Code do not authorize a grant of the right to occupy any public street, avenue, or alley, longitudinally by an elevated track, except in so far as necessary to accommodate a curve in the line of the elevated track, in which case no supports shall be placed in the roadway of the street, avenue, or alley between the curb lines thereof. Such longitudinal occupancy of the street, avenue, or alley shall not exceed three hundred feet in length.
