Text
The officials in charge of general elections, in accordance with the laws relating to elections, shall arrange for and conduct the submission of the question referred to in section4955.04of the Revised Code to the electors. The question whether the grant shall be made shall be submitted to the electors of such municipal corporation at the succeeding general election occurring more than ninety days after the expiration of the sixty days referred to in such section. The ballots at such election shall read "Elevated Railroad Grant--Yes;" "Elevated Railroad Grant--No." If at the election a majority of the votes cast on such question is against the grant, it shall be void.
