Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the public utilities commission shall not, in connection with any proceeding pursuant to section4927.07or4927.10of the Revised Code, impose on any provider of telecommunications service, wireless service, or internet protocol-enabled services any notice requirement, withdrawal or abandonment restrictions, buildout requirements, or any other regulatory requirement or restriction that is not generally applicable to the service or the provider in other contexts.
