In a proceeding held under Title XLVII or Chapter 3776. of the Revised Code to grant, renew, modify, suspend, or revoke a license or other authorization to engage in an occupation, if the person who is the subject of the proceeding is listed on the civil registry established by the attorney general pursuant to section3797.08of the Revised Code, the board or other body that makes the determination shall take into consideration the fact that the person is listed on the civil registry.
