Text

An individual who holds a license issued pursuant to an interstate licensure compact to which Ohio is a party is not required to obtain a license under this chapter to practice in this state. A licensing authority may prohibit an individual who is issued a license under this chapter from using the license to obtain a license through an interstate licensure compact if the licensing authority determines that allowing the individual to do so would jeopardize the state's membership in the compact.
