(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, a licensing authority shall provide an applicant with a written decision to issue or reject a license or government certification under this chapter or take any other action under this chapter within sixty days after receiving a complete application. For purposes of this division, an application shall not be considered complete until any required examination or criminal records check under divisions (A) and (B) of section4796.08of the Revised Code is complete.
