Text
An individual who is not licensed to practice prosthetics or orthotics and prosthetics under section4779.09of the Revised Code may apply to the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board for the authority to engage in the 3-D printing of open-source prosthetic kits. The board shall prescribe an application form for this purpose.
The board shall grant the authority described in this section if the individual meets the requirements specified in rules adopted under section4779.08of the Revised Code.
