Text

An applicant for a license to practice orthotics, prosthetics, orthotics and prosthetics, or pedorthics shall apply to the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board in accordance with rules adopted under section4779.08of the Revised Code and pay the application fee specified in the rules. The board shall issue a license to an applicant who is eighteen years of age or older and meets either the requirements of divisions (A) and (B) of this section or the requirements of section4779.17of the Revised Code.

(A)The applicant must pass an examination conducted pursuant to section4779.15of the Revised Code;
(B)The applicant must meet the requirements of one of the following:
