Text
An individual seeking to renew a license issued under section4779.09of the Revised Code shall, on or before the day the license expires pursuant to section4779.19of the Revised Code, apply for renewal. The Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board shall send renewal notices at least one month prior to the expiration date.
Applications shall be submitted to the board electronically. Each application shall be accompanied by a renewal fee specified in rules adopted by the board under section4779.08of the Revised Code, except that the board may waive part of the renewal fee for the first renewal of an initial license that expires one hundred days or less after it is issued.
