Text
If any person makes an allegation against an individual who holds a license issued under this chapter, the allegation shall be reduced to writing and verified by a person who is familiar with the facts underlying the allegation. The person making the allegation shall file the allegation with the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board. If a person alleges that a license holder is engaging or has engaged in conduct described in division (A) of section4779.28of the Revised Code, the board may proceed with an adjudication hearing under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code. The board shall retain the information filed under this section in accordance with rules adopted by the board under section4779.08of the Revised Code.
