(A)Whoever violates section4775.02of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars on a first offense. On each subsequent offense, the offender shall be fined not less than one thousand nor more than five thousand dollars.
(B)After conducting an investigation and upon establishing that a violation of section4775.02of the Revised Code has occurred, the motor vehicle repair board, in addition to any other action it may take or any other penalty imposed pursuant to this chapter, may impose an administrative fine on the person or entity that committed the violation in an amount of not more than one thousand dollars on a first offense.
