Text
If the state medical board determines under section4774.03of the Revised Code that an applicant meets the requirements for a license to practice as a radiologist assistant, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as a radiologist assistant and issue to the applicant a license to practice as a radiologist assistant. The license shall be valid for a two-year period unless revoked or suspended, shall expire on the date that is two years after the date of issuance, and may be renewed for additional two-year periods in accordance with section4774.06of the Revised Code.
