Text
(A)(1) Except as provided in division (B) of this section, no person shall practice as a radiologist assistant unless the person holds a current, valid license to practice as a radiologist assistant issued under this chapter.
(2)No person shall use the title "radiologist assistant" or otherwise hold the person out as a radiologist assistant, unless the person holds a current, valid license to practice as a radiologist assistant issued under this chapter.
(B)Division (A)(1) of this section does not apply to either of the following:
(1)A student participating in an advanced academic program that must be completed to receive a license to practice as a radiologist assistant, as those programs are described in division (B)(3) of section4774.03of the Revised Code;
