Text
(A)Whoever violates section4771.06or division (J) or (K) of section4771.17of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)An athlete agent who violates division (C) of section4771.02of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
