Text
No person shall serve as an athlete agent in this state unless the person holds a current and valid certificate of registration as an athlete agent issued under section4771.08of the Revised Code, a temporary certificate issued under section4771.08of the Revised Code, or a temporary certificate of convenience issued under section4771.09of the Revised Code.
