Text

(A)Upon receipt of all the materials required for application for registration under section4771.07of the Revised Code, the Ohio athletic commission shall evaluate the information provided and issue a certificate of registration to the applicant, unless the commission finds that the applicant or an employee or representative of the applicant has committed any of the acts described in division (A) of section4771.18of the Revised Code. Notwithstanding the requirements for a certificate of registration under this chapter, the commission shall issue a certificate of registration in accordance with Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code to an applicant if either of the following applies:
(1)The applicant is registered in another state.
(2)The applicant has satisfactory work experience, a gover
