Text

(A)An applicant for employment as an ambulette driver with an organization licensed pursuant to this chapter shall submit proof to the organization of, or give consent to the employer to obtain, all of the following:
(1)(a) A valid driver's license issued pursuant to Chapter 4506. or 4507. of the Revised Code, or its equivalent, if the applicant is a resident of another state;
(b)A recent certified abstract of the applicant's record of convictions for violations of motor vehicle laws provided by the registrar of motor vehicles pursuant to section4509.05of the Revised Code, or its equivalent, if the applicant is a resident of another state.
(2)(a) A certificate of completion of a course in first aid techniques offered by the American red cross or an equivalent organization;
