(A)The state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services may investigate alleged violations of this chapter or the rules adopted under it and may investigate any complaints received regarding alleged violations. In addition to any other remedies available and regardless of whether an adequate remedy at law exists, the board may apply to the court of common pleas in the county where a violation of any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted pursuant thereto is occurring for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining a person from continuing to commit that violation. On a showing that a person has committed a violation, the court shall grant the injunction. In conducting an investigation under this section, the board may issue subpoenas compelling the attendan
