Text
On receipt of a notice pursuant to section3123.43of the Revised Code, the state medical board shall comply with sections3123.41to3123.50of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section3123.63of the Revised Code with respect to a license to practice as an oriental medicine practitioner or license to practice as an acupuncturist issued pursuant to this chapter.
