(A)Not later than sixty days after the "Dietitian Licensure Compact" is entered into under section4759.30of the Revised Code, the state medical board, in accordance with section 8 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as a delegate to the dietitian licensure compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
(B)The board may establish a fee for a licensee from a compact state for granting a compact privilege in accordance with section 3 of the compact. Last updated February 20, 2025 at 4:05 PM
