(A)Except as provided in section4759.05of the Revised Code, the state medical board shall issue a license to practice dietetics to an applicant who meets all of the following requirements:
(1)Has satisfactorily completed an application for licensure in accordance with rules adopted under division (A) of section4759.05of the Revised Code;
(2)Has paid the fee required under division (A) of section4759.08of the Revised Code;
(3)Has received a baccalaureate or higher degree from an institution of higher education that is approved by the board or a regional accreditation agency that is recognized by the council on postsecondary accreditation, and has completed a program consistent with the academic standards for dietitians established by the academy of nutrition and dietetics;
