As used in sections4755.60to4755.65and4755.99of the Revised Code:

(A)"Athletic trainer" means a person who meets the qualifications of this chapter for licensure and is authorized to engage in the activities described in section4755.621or4755.622of the Revised Code.

(B)"Licensed health professional authorized to prescribe drugs" or "prescriber" has the same meaning as in section4729.01of the Revised Code.

(C)"Physician" means an individual authorized under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or podiatric medicine and surgery. Last updated November 3, 2021 at 2:57 PM

As used in sections4755.60to4755.65and4755.99of the Revised Code:
