Text
Except as provided in section4755.99of the Revised Code, all fees and fines collected and assessed under this chapter by the appropriate section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board, shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund.
