Not later than ninety days after the "Physical Therapy Licensure Compact" is entered into under section4755.57of the Revised Code, the physical therapy section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board shall select an individual to serve as a delegate to the physical therapy compact commission created under the compact. The physical therapy section shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than ninety days after the vacancy occurs.
