(A)Except as otherwise provided in divisions (B) and (C) of this section, a person shall not teach a physical therapy theory and procedures course in physical therapy education without obtaining a license as a physical therapist from the physical therapy section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board.
(B)A nonresident person who is registered or licensed as a physical therapist under the laws of another state shall not teach a physical therapy theory and procedures course in physical therapy education for more than one year without obtaining a license as a physical therapist from the physical therapy section, and the section shall not require that person to obtain a license in accordance with Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code to teach as describe
