(A)Every license to practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant expires biennially in accordance with the schedule established in rules adopted by the physical therapy section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board under section4755.411of the Revised Code.
Each individual holding a valid and current license may apply to the physical therapy section to renew the license in accordance with rules adopted by the board under section4755.411of the Revised Code. Each application for license renewal shall be accompanied by a biennial renewal fee of not more than one hundred twenty-five dollars and, if applicable, the applicant's signed statement that the applicant completed the continuing education required under section4755.51or4755.
