Text

Nothing in sections4755.04to4755.13of the Revised Code shall be construed to prevent or restrict the practice, services, or activities of the following:

(A)Any person who does not claim to the public by any title, initials, or description of services as being engaged in the practice of occupational therapy, who is:
(1)A physician licensed under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code, or anyone employed or supervised by a licensed physician in the delivery of treatment or services;
(2)A person licensed, certified, or registered under sections4755.40to4755.56of the Revised Code or under any other chapter of the Revised Code who is practicing within the standards and ethics of practice that represent appropriate extensions of the person's profession;
(3)A qualified member of any
