Text
The state speech and hearing professionals board, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, may establish rules to govern any disciplinary action to be taken against a student issued a permit under section4753.073of the Revised Code. The rules established by the board are not subject to the adjudication procedure requirements of sections119.06to119.13of the Revised Code.
