The state speech and hearing professionals board shall issue under its seal a license or conditional license to every applicant who has passed the appropriate examinations designated by the board and who otherwise complies with the licensure requirements of this chapter. The license or conditional license entitles the holder to practice speech-language pathology or audiology. The board shall issue under its seal a license or conditional license to practice speech-language pathology or audiology to an applicant in accordance with Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code if the applicant holds a license or conditional license in another state or the applicant has satisfactory work experience, a government certification, or a private certification as described in that chapter as a speech-language p
