Each board, commission, or agency created under or by virtue of Title XLVII of the Revised Code and such other boards, commissions, and agencies as the director of the legislative service commission determines are regulating occupations and professions shall, on the first day of September, make a report to the legislative service commission of its receipts and disbursements and of its official acts of the preceding fiscal year, in such form as the commission may prescribe.
