(A)The state chiropractic board may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing standards for approving treatment providers for impaired chiropractors. If rules are adopted, the rules shall include standards for both inpatient and outpatient treatment. The rules shall provide that to be approved, a treatment provider must be capable of making an initial examination to determine the type of treatment an impaired chiropractor requires and must be capable of adhering to guidelines the board considers appropriate for assessment and referral of impaired chiropractors. The board shall review treatment providers on a regular basis and designate those providers that meet the standards for approval. The board may deny or withdraw its approval if it finds that the
