Text

No person who holds a certificate to practice acupuncture issued by the state chiropractic board under section4734.283of the Revised Code shall do any of the following:

(A)Perform an acupuncture service that is beyond the scope of the person's education, training, and experience;
(B)Advertise or otherwise represent to the public that the person is engaged in the practice of oriental medicine;
(C)Permit an employee or assistant, other than an individual described in section4762.02of the Revised Code, to do either of the following:
(1)Insert, stimulate, or remove acupuncture needles;
(2)Apply moxibustion.
