Text
(A)The state chiropractic board shall hold meetings at the times and places that a majority of the board directs. A special meeting shall be held at the call of the board's president or at the request of two or more board members, in which case the meeting shall be called by the board's executive director.
A majority of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. Except when action is taken on behalf of the board by the board's president under division (A) of section4734.05of the Revised Code, the board may not take any action without the concurrence of three members. The board shall make rules as necessary to govern its internal management.
(B)The board shall keep a record of its meetings and other official actions, including a register of all applicants for licens
