If the state chiropractic board determines that there is clear and convincing evidence that a person who has been granted a license to practice chiropractic and, if applicable, certificate to practice acupuncture under this chapter has committed an act that subjects the person's license and, if applicable, certificate to board action under section4734.31of the Revised Code and that the person's continued practice presents a danger of immediate and serious harm to the public, the board may suspend the license and, if applicable, certificate without a prior hearing. A telephone conference call may be utilized for reviewing the matter and taking the vote.
