Text
An individual subject to an action taken under section4734.31of the Revised Code, other than permanent revocation of a license to practice chiropractic or certificate to practice acupuncture, may apply to the state chiropractic board to have the individual's license or certificate restored to good standing. The board shall consider the moral character and the activities of the applicant since the board's action was taken, in accordance with the standards for issuance of a license, as established under section4734.20of the Revised Code, or the standards for issuance of a certificate to practice acupuncture, as established under section4734.282of the Revised Code. The board may impose terms and conditions on restoration of the license or certificate by doing any of the following:
