Text
A chiropractor who holds a certificate to practice acupuncture issued under this chapter may represent or advertise the chiropractor to be a "chiropractor certified by the state chiropractic board to practice acupuncture." Unless the chiropractor holds a license issued under section4762.04of the Revised Code, the chiropractor shall not represent or advertise the chiropractor as holding any of the titles listed in section4762.08of the Revised Code.
This section does not prohibit a chiropractor from using any of the titles listed in division (D) of section4734.15of the Revised Code.
