Text

(A)Except for persons seeking to practice chiropractic under a special limited license issued pursuant to section4734.27of the Revised Code, each person seeking to practice chiropractic in this state shall apply in writing to the state chiropractic board for a license to practice chiropractic. The application shall be made under oath, on a form prescribed by the board, and shall be accompanied by a fee of two hundred fifty dollars.
(B)Except as provided in sections4734.23and4734.24of the Revised Code, to receive a chiropractic license, an applicant must meet the following conditions:
(1)The applicant must be at least twenty-one years of age and possess a high school education or its equivalent.
(2)The applicant must have successfully completed, prior to matriculation at a school or
