Text
No chiropractor shall do either of the following:
(A)Furnish a person with a prescription in order to enable the person to be issued a standard removable windshield placard, temporary removable windshield placard, permanent removable windshield placard, or license plates under section4503.44of the Revised Code, knowing that the person does not meet any of the criteria contained in division (A)(1) of that section;
(B)Furnish a person with a prescription described in division (A) of this section and knowingly misstate on the prescription the length of time the chiropractor expects the person to have the disability that limits or impairs the person's ability to walk in order to enable the person to retain a placard issued under section4503.44of the Revised Code for a period of time longer
