Text
Parties to any action before a county court judge, as permitted by section4585.12of the Revised Code, shall have the same right of appeal as in other cases. If the judgment is against the watercraft by name or description, the owner, master, steward, consignee, or other agent, may appeal therefrom by entering into bond as in other cases.
