Text
The officer holding a writ for the sale of a watercraft, its apparel, or furniture, before proceeding to sell it, shall give public notice of the time and place of sale for at least ten days previous thereto or as provided in section7.16of the Revised Code, by advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in the county, and by advertisement posted in at least five public places in the county. Such sales shall be conducted, and the court shall have the same power over them as sales upon execution.
