Text

(A)When the clerk of a court of common pleas issues a physical certificate of title for an off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle, the clerk shall issue it over the clerk's official seal. The front side of each physical certificate of title shall contain the information required in the application for it as prescribed by section4519.56of the Revised Code, spaces for the dates of notation and cancellation of two liens, mortgages, or encumbrances, and any other pertinent information as may be required by the registrar of motor vehicles, but shall contain neither the social security number nor taxpayer identification number of the applicant. The reverse side of each physical certificate of title shall contain all of the information specified in division (F)
