Text

The registrar of motor vehicles shall transmit to the tax commissioner the names, addresses, and any other information requested by the commissioner, of all persons who register a snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle, or all-purpose vehicle under section4519.03of the Revised Code. Such information shall be transmitted in a form agreed to by the registrar and the commissioner.
