(A)The purchaser of an off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle, upon application and proof of purchase, may obtain a temporary motor vehicle license registration for it. The application shall be signed by the purchaser of the off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle. The temporary motor vehicle license registration shall be issued only for the applicant's use of the off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle to enable the applicant to operate it legally while proper title and a registration sticker or license plate and validation sticker are being obtained and shall be displayed on no other off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle.
