A board of park commissioners of any park district created under Chapter 1545. of the Revised Code may provide by rule for the operation of snowmobiles, off-highway motorcycles, and all-purpose vehicles in the parks, parkways, and other reservations of land under its jurisdiction, and shall file a copy of any such rules with the director of natural resources. Any employee of a board of park commissioners designated pursuant to section1545.13of the Revised Code shall have full authority to enforce any of the provisions of this chapter with respect to the proper titling, registration, equipping, and operation of snowmobiles, off-highway motorcycles, or all-purpose vehicles within the lands under the jurisdiction and control of the board.
