Text
For purposes of a bid, contract, purchase order, or agreement entered into with the state or any political subdivision, a client employer's status or certification as a small, minority-owned, disadvantaged, or women-owned business enterprise or as a historically underutilized business shall not be affected as a result of the client employer entering into an alternate employer organization agreement or using the services of an alternate employer organization.
